New Yorkではブルックリンのウィリアムズバーグに陶芸スペースを 確保しました。 オーナーがバイクでもなんでも作ってしまうバイカ-夫婦です。 扉をあけるとハーレーがおいてあり、４匹の猫に迎えられます。 二人ともとってもリラックスした楽しい方で なんと陶芸の窯までつくってしまっていました。 はじめの作品はアクシデントでおじゃんになってしまい、ちょっと 落ち込みましたが、ひたすら土に触れるのみです。 I settled at williamsburg for ceramics studio. It is run by the bike loving couple. Harley and cats always welcome me at the door. They are so layback and cool people. For the first piece in NY were broken due to the accident, but hey..that's life. I just have to keep making. MOMAではとっても興味のある展示がされています。 Design and the Elastic Mind. もうこれはかなり興奮しました。 インダストリアルデザインのひともサイエンス系の人も 楽しめます。現在の技術と遊びとアートが混じり合って 考えたものはつくってみたという努力も感じます。 刺激がいっぱいすぎて頭がパンパンにいたくなってしまいました。 Shadow Monster では誰もが笑顔でキューブから出てきました。 ちなみに私も踊ってしまいました。 At MOMA, they are having Design and Elastic Mind show. And that is totally my kinda show. I'm sure many people from Industrial design, science, IT, and art field would appreciate this. I felt the passion of the people who made them. My favorite was "Shadow Monster". Everybody comes our of the cube with smile. well I danced. それにしても＄２０とはNYの美術館にしては高すぎる -_-; anyways. how the hell they charge so much.... it supposed to be cheaper in NY. |
