ちょっと落ち着きました(NY):Settling a bit finally (NY) |

いろいろ忙しくて、ご連絡おくれましたー。m(_ _)m 再びNYです。まだちゃんと落ち着く場所が決まっていないので、 一日一日、走り回っています。 ちょうどすみかが決まったので、今日はフリマで家具をみて、 明日はIKEAツアーです。 でもまあ家賃が高い。不動産屋さんにいわせると４年ぐらいで家賃が 倍になったとか。今回の影響は家を買う場合には安くなったという ようですが、賃貸は昇る一方だそう。 どんどん見てると感覚が麻痺してきます。 まあまあにぎわっている地域はワンルームが１５万は普通。。 今回はブルックリンにしました。 また近所にあるフードCOOPのオリエンテーションにも参加してきました。 有機商品をなるべく安くとnon-profitで組織が成形されていて、 １９７３年からある古いコープで、１３，０００人のメンバー が資金を出し合い、買うメンバーの本人たちが、 店頭、店内で４週間に２時間の仕事をこなしながら、まわしている 組織。 ０−５％の化学肥料のプロダクトと無農薬商品をコストを自分たちで働き 落とす方法で長年つづいているそうです。 So I'm in NY. Since I just found the rent apt last week, I've been running around city, going to feamarket, and tomorrow, IKEA tour... But the rent is soooo high now. I can't believe it. They said it raise up twice since four years ago.. As many you see you loose sense of standard living. Studio with regular size cost 1500 per month.. crazy. Also I attended the FoodCoop orientation. They are the group trying to reduce the cost of organic products by dedicating their time for the labor for two hours per four week. 0-5% "minimally treated" 0-5% allowance of chemical use. But then i went back to Asian supermarket. Tofu, same products was cheaper than Coop. So.. I'm still debating. もうすぐテンポラリの場所ともおわかれです。 I'm going to say good bye to my temporally place soon ...  お友達のサプライズ誕生日パーティーに参加したきました。 彼の踊りはとても滑らかで最高。Queensに居たときからの友達で 奥さんも元気でとてもかわいい。 集まった人たちもとても楽しそうに遅くまで話し込んでいました。 みんなハウスヘッズ（ハウスミュージックの大好き人間）なので、 もちろん音楽は持ち込みで。（笑）選曲よかったよー。 場所もとても最高。Supperという純NYイタリアンの社長で、 とても人気のあるイタリア料理店。ワインハウスを潜り、奥の奥の マフィアがあつまりそうな場所をかりてのWaineという、彼も とても楽しい、優しいホストとお友達のジョージのとても暖かい おもてなしでした。 Ken, お誕生日おめでとー。 みんなに久しぶりに会えてよかったよ。 そしてなんといっても今週、ようやく作陶に入りました。 はー。よかった。 Also I went to my dear old friend Ken's surprise birthday party. His dances is soooo smooth. I can't forget them. Also his lovely wife was so much fun to be around. IT was really good to see friends again. It was held at Supper...Italian food restaurant. The food was great. They reserve great hidden and gorgeous room which is very hard to find and behind the wine stock room. Group are all house heads.. so.. yeah. some of them brought their own selections.. nice. Happy birthday Ken! And It was great to see u guys! And most of all, I'm back to ceramics studio what a relief...     |
